Shipping & Return Policy

Orders are usually shipped U.P.S. ground, but can also be sent by Mail using U.S.P.S. priority mail for Alaska & Hawaii, or international orders in order to keep your shipping costs down. Method of shipping is determined by us, unless you specify your preference.

We do our best to keep your shipping costs to a minimum, which means no overpriced handling charges or boxing fees. Almost always, shipping charges are for actual cost.

  • Minimum charge for U.P.S. Ground is $7.50
  • Minimum charge for U.S.P.S. is $5.50

NOTE: Massachusetts Residents must add 6.25% Sales Tax to their order.

Return Policy

All parts can be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund, less shipping costs, as long as a copy of the original invoice is included and parts are in unused condition and in the original packaging. The nature of our products prohibits the acceptance of returns or exchange of any product not in original condition. Safe and proper use of all materials has been acknowledged by buyer or agent prior to purchase. O'Brien Truckers assumes no liability as to performance of materials. Products are inspected for accuracy of order. As stated, if the possibility of return of material persists it will be to the sole determination of O'Brien Truckers to facilitate a return or exchange. Inaccuracy of order, misuse or lack of knowledge of materials by buyer or agent does not constitute reason for exchange or return.

Ordering/Privacy Policy

All orders that are placed on-line are placed via our secure server. All information you submit is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared or sold. We collect personal information from you when you register on our website or place an order with us. The types of information that can be gathered are your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and any information that you chose to give to process your order. We do not supply information to third parties nor do we keep credit card information from online orders.

Each time you place an order with us online, you will have to provide your credit card. This is because your credit card is immediately debited and there is no need to collect credit card information. This process is just one way we chose to secure your privacy.

We may, in certain instances, disclose your personal information when it is required by law.

Claims

Claims for shortages or other errors must be made in writing, email or phone to O'Brien Truckers within ten days after O'Brien Truckers' delivery. Failure to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and a waiver of all such claims by Buyer.

All parts returned after 30 days, can be returned for Store Credit only.

NOTE: O'Brien Truckers must be notified before an item is returned.

Ordering

This site uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records. If you are still not comfortable sending your credit card number over the Internet, call 508-248-1555 and we would be happy to take your order over the phone. Please contact us for payments via PayPal, personal checks or money orders. Corporate accounts may contact us to set up terms.

Method of Payment

O'Brien Truckers accepts payments in US Dollars via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal, cashier checks and or cleared personal checks. We also ship via UPS - COD for which there is an additional COD charge of $10 or whatever the current UPS - COD charge is at time of shipment. Repeat customers and/or larger orders may be eligible for open account or terms and will be addressed on an individual basis. Payment is due and payable upon clicking the "Place Order" button on www.obrientruckers.com.

  • Payment does not constitute O'Brien Truckers' acceptance of the order. 
  • O'Brien Truckers' declination of an order shall be remedied by a refund of payment to Buyer within 30 days

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately by calling us 508-248-1555. Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.

General Terms and Conditions

O'Brien Truckers does not make any warranties express or implied as to condition, suitability or certification of any product acquired or resold to buyer or agent thereof. Buyer or agent assumes all risk and liability of use of all products used singly or in combination with other product or component acquired from O'Brien Truckers or elsewhere. Neither O'Brien Truckers, its dealers or its agents shall be held liable in any way for damages, loss, injury, or other claims resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use any of our products. O'Brien Truckers has no control over the usage of its merchandise and therefore has neither obligation nor liability for occurrences alleged to be resultant from the use of its products. You, the purchaser, are solely responsible for determining the acceptability and safety of any product(s) for use in your specific application. Our responsibility is limited to the original purchase price of the product(s) and to the original purchaser.

Shipping and Handling

The majority of orders will ship within 48 business hours of receipt unless O'Brien Truckers is on the road at a show and does not have coverage to complete shipments in which case we will attempt to notify you within 48 business hours with the estimated shipment date. Orders over 50lbs may ship in multiple packages. Shipments will utilize standard UPS Ground and all of their charges with no guarantee, other than UPS policies and procedures, of arrival once departed. Expedited freight methods are available at additional charges. Package tracing and UPS claims will be the responsibility of buyer or agent. Shipping charges shown at time of order may include a handling charge. All shipments to Hawaii and Alaska as well as all International orders will ship via USPS in order to keep your shipping costs down. Packages that are forwarded via UPS due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur a $15.00 address correction fee per address. Shipments to USPS P.O. Boxes are only shipped via USPS.

Shipping Damage Claims

If your order is damaged in shipping you must make the claim to the freight carrier (for example: UPS or USPS) at the time of receipt. Check for damage or tampering immediately and document it in writing. Be especially aware of excessive tape that appears to have been added after original shipment. ONLY if there is no damage and parts are missing, call us.

PRICE; TERMS

Prices shall be the higher of O'Brien Truckers' most recent quote to Buyer, prevailing market price, O'Brien Truckers' list price, or the last price charged by O'Brien Truckers to Buyer for the Products. Prices are in U.S. Dollars, F.O.B. Charlton, MA, USA. O'Brien Truckers shall have no obligation to ship Product to Buyer unless O'Brien Truckers shall have accepted the order and Buyer shall have paid for such order of Products in full prior to the time of delivery. We work hard to maintain the prices listed, however, due to the ever increasing cost of materials, labor and shipping we must reserve the right to change prices without notice.
